This class is for students at least age 10 by December 31, 2009 through high school graduation. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of tech-ing shows, take a backstage field trip to a local theater, have an in-class workshop with a theater professional, create and maintain props & set pieces for HST’s shows, and provide backstage support during HST’s spring shows. |

$100 plus 5 volunteer hours & 1 lobby job |
This class is for students who have completed Tech 1 and are at least age 14 by December 31, 2009 through high school graduation. Students will learn the basics of theatre lighting, sound and stage management, have an in-theater workshop with a theater professional, have professional in-class speakers, and provide technical assistance for the sound & lights for HST’s spring shows. |

This class is for students at least age 12 by December 31, 2009 through high school graduation . Students help construct costumes for HST’s shows, are introduced to basic design challenges, maintain HST’s costume shop & costume inventory, and work as costume crew backstage during HST’s shows. |
