This class is for children ages 6 -7 and is a fun introduction to creative expression. The final performance is an in-class show for parents and friends.

Overture 2
"Short Shakespeare"

Redland Baptist Church (directions...) $155

This class is for children ages 7-8 and is a fun introduction to the world of Shakespeare. The final performance is an in-class show for parents and friends.

Acting 1 Mondays
2:15-4:15pm

20 weeks

Mandatory parent meetings:
Sept. 15, 2008, 7PM
Jan. 21, 2009, 7PM

Redland Baptist Church (directions...) $270 plus 15 volunteer hours & 1 lobby job and the purchase of 8 tickets for the final performance (approx. $64)

This class is for children at least age 8 and no older than 12 by December 31, 2008.Students will learn many aspects of theater through a variety of workshops and will develop a series of vignettes for the HST Showcase in the spring.

Acting 2 Mondays
Noon - 2pm

20 weeks

Sept. 15, 2008, 7PM
Jan. 21, 2009, 7PM

This class is for children at least age 13* and no older than 18 by December 31, 2008. Students will learn many aspects of theater through a variety of workshops and will develop sketches for the HST Showcase in the spring.

*If child is under the minimum age requirement but has completed HST’s Acting 1 class, they are eligible to take this class.
