This is a modern musical version of the beloved classic, Pinocchio. Carl, an unhappy teenager, runs away from home and gets a job as “Pinocchio” in Professor Pinecone’s magical marionette puppet theater. When the role of Pinocchio isn’t as easy as Carl thought, he makes some poor decisions with bad consequences. Fortunately, he realizes his mistakes in the nick of time, and saves the day!

Along the way there’s a jealous boyfriend, British travelers, a bar-room brawl, broken hearts, and a happy ending. Who could ask for anything more?
